Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer a number of options to fit your needs locally, from pick-up to delivery. Please use the chart below to estimate shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders.

Deliveries have a $50 cancellation fee. 

California Local Delivery Rates
$150 local highland park
$250 regular 25 mile radius
$350 25 miles to 125 miles

Local Delivery (within 25 mi of our store) is offered Tuesday-Thursday, 12PM-6 PM. Once your order is processed and ready, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time. On the day of your delivery our delivery team will reach out before 12PM with a 2 hour delivery window, and then once again when they are 15 min out.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

SMALL ITEM SHIPPING
For smaller items shipping will be calculated at checkout with varying options including local delivery, and Free Pick Up. Our carriers base shipping fees on the weight and size of the product(s). If you are seeing furniture-flat rate shipping rates applied to smalls, please email us at customerservice@sunbeamvintage.com.

Once shipped, our team will reach out to provide tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.


FURNITURE/LARGE ITEM SHIPPING

Please allow 4-6 for us to book a driver for large items/furniture. These items are hand delivered by a trusted shipper, completely assembled and delivered to your door. We will contact you via call, text, or email with an estimated delivery window once your piece is ready to be shipped/delivered. Due to the nature of cross-country furniture delivery, please be aware that there may unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping time such as weather, short staffing, etc.
